Whether its for an occasion, like an anniversary or Valentine’s Day, an unexpected weeknight reminder, or to get you through 3:30itis or to go with a coffee at any hour… treat your special self to a Sweetie-Treatie which I am deeming figure-friendly (well come-one as opposed to a Mars Bar or Chocolate Cake it totally is) and actually taste amazing!
Find below my sweetie-treatie box for today – ‘cos at 6:45am this morning I just knew it was going to be one of ‘those-days’ so this is to get me through! And if you dare bring up the ‘you-shouldn’t-reward-yourself-with-food-debate’ I will throw you out, or better yet, throw yourself out (click ‘X’ top right – thought: if you’re on an apple product my point is rather moot … so on second thoughts just stay and don’t debate me on this one, I will make it worth your wild … or will I? Hmmm you decide … either way you can stay … for now).
So where was I before I went on my rant … Oh that’s right my Healthy Treats, Sweetie-Treatie box for the day … Da-da…
Today my Sweetie-Treatie box features a Cherry-ripe Ball (my recipe is already up on my blog), a raw cookie (Sophie Guidlein’s recipe), my raw chocolate friendly/naughty (What ever way you want to look at it – but there is dark chocolate but don’t worry chocolate comes from cocoa, which comes out of a tree, which makes it a plant… Therefore chocolate counts as salad. The End. Haha … Which is something I just made up so am very please to report it actually is eatable and tastes amazing) and well then I have yummy blue berries for a snack cos well I love blue berries.
So calorie wise I’m being rather naughty but clean eating wise I have almost followed most of the rules (rules are ment to be broken – right?) just well instead of making a clean chocolate source I used homebrand dark chocolate (which I had in the cupboard, some would call me resourceful!) to drizzle/ coat the bar in.
So what I want to know is what are your ‘healthy’ sweetie-treatie addictions? I want to hear from you pretty please! Yes you, the one who is still reading this as a) you stayed and b) you actually read what I had to stay so let me know if you read this and comment!
