The September 30 Day Squat Challenge is where you do a set number of squats each day with a rest day thrown in every 3rd day (recovery is important). On Day 01 you start by completing 50 squats which slowly increases to a maximum of 250 by Day 30. You can do the challenge with or without weights, it’s up to you! Personally, I will be doing it with a 20kg bar resting on my shoulders.
